This position reports to: IS Manager __ Your role and responsibilities: Order-to-Delivery Business Lead As the Order-to-Delivery Business Lead, you will own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end: from demand and replenishment, through production and inventory, to the warehouse and shipment. You will co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead as equals. You decide what gets fixed and in what order, and they decide how it is built. This is a founding, hands-on business role in our first value stream. You will have the authority to change the processes, rules and systems behind your number, and you will stay until the number moves. You will report to the Vice President of IT and work directly with a business sponsor in Installation Products, who agrees the target with you. This is a remote role, from anywhere in the US or Canada, with regular travel to our plants, distribution centers and the Cary, NC office. You will be working in North American time zones.
