About the Role: As a Trade Specialist, you’ll go beyond processing customs entries to help ensure our clients receive accurate, consistent, and knowledgeable support. Reporting to the Client Care Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day client needs, audit released shipments, maintain client databases and work instructions, and help resolve issues as they arise. You’ll also share your experience with colleagues and support the release team when additional expertise is needed.
