Product Manager (m/f/d) - Broker

We are looking for a Product Manager to further develop our broker platform. You will work on the product used by hundreds of thousands of people to trade and build wealth, backed by the reach and financial expertise of the Finanzen Group. With us, you will take ownership of an initiative or multiple work packages within a larger project, working closely with a Senior PM. The topics are broad, including new features related to securities accounts and savings, better trading and order execution paths, new products and asset classes, or AI-powered features. You will have the opportunity to explore diverse topics and take on visible responsibility quickly. Your Responsibilities: Ownership: Drive your initiative or work packages from idea to launch and continue to develop them thereafter. Discovery: Talk to users, analyze data, and test your hypotheses before anything is built. Delivery: Define the scope with design and engineering, write user stories, manage the backlog, and sign off on features. Measure Impact: Set clear goals for your features, measure post-launch performance, and optimize based on data. AI in Daily Work: Naturally utilize AI in your work and contribute ideas where it makes sense within the product. 2 to 4 years of experience in product management in the capital markets environment. Curiosity to genuinely understand what users need when trading and investing. Ability to get things done in a structured manner, even when facing roadblocks. Eagerness to learn and grow.
