KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, including walk-ins, telephone, and web enquiries. Convert travel requests and holiday packages into sales. Respond to customer requests within required service timeframes. Follow Flight Centre Business and Flight Centre Travel Group processes and procedures. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Deliver exceptional customer-centric service throughout the booking journey. Build rapport with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Achieve monthly sales targets within a fast-paced environment. Manage all administration related to the customer journey from sale through to after-sales support. Match customers with destination and travel product solutions that meet their needs.
