VP – Insurance F&A Solutioning and Client Enablement

The VP – Insurance F&A Solutioning and Client Enablement owns the solutioning charter for EXL 's Insurance Finance & Accounting business across Life & Annuities and Property & Casualty (P&C). The role is accountable for win rate, solution quality and pipeline conversion on large, integrated F&A pursuits, and for building the solutioning team and go-to-market propositions behind them. The VP acts as a senior advisor to Insurance growth leaders and C-suite clients. The role shapes strategy, sets the win themes and commercial constructs on strategic deals, and brings EXL 's F&A, digital, data and analytics capabilities together into one client-facing narrative.
