Join us, and let’s improve lives together. **This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States** Essential Functions Investigates and evaluates moderately complex Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, including suspected organized fraud activity. Reviews claim, underwriting, premium audit, public record, claims history, and social media information to support investigations. Conducts interviews, obtains statements, completes field investigations, and reviews supporting documentation for accuracy and legitimacy. Attends examinations under oath and depositions and collaborates with internal teams, attorneys, law enforcement, and other relevant parties. Analyzes evidence to support or rule out suspected fraud, recommends appropriate claim or policy handling, and pursues recovery or restitution opportunities. Prepares investigative reports, required state anti-fraud documentation, and evidence packages for civil litigation or criminal prosecution. Communicates investigation status, findings, and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders. Helps develop and deliver internal anti-fraud training and promotes awareness of SIU services.
