Senior Financial Analyst

Egis USA is looking for a sharp, driven Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner to our finance leadership and the broader business. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership, direct exposure to senior executives, and a meaningful hand in the decisions that shape a growing engineering and consulting firm. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the finance team, regularly interfacing with the VP of Finance, Controller, Office Managers, and the CFO. You will support the operations of the business by providing financial insight and leadership while driving forecasting and analytics that inform strategy across the firm. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen and a proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Support the operational financial reporting function, including weekly flash reporting and period-end performance results. Support the annual business, capital, and strategic planning process. Steward and continuously improve the financial forecasting system and process.
