Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to join us as Head of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure – Europe. In this Director-level role, you will lead the development and execution of Eaton ’s EV charging infrastructure strategy across Europe—a critical region in the global energy transition. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally across multiple business units, including Power Distribution equipment, Battery Storage, and other Eaton and partner solutions, to deliver integrated, end-to-end offerings. As part of the Global Energy Transition business unit, you will drive business growth by delivering comprehensive EV charging solutions (power distribution equipment, battery storage, and EV chargers) and accelerating market adoption. You will collaborate closely with global teams and lead regional engagement with key ecosystem partners, including our strategic partnership with ChargePoint.
