Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a performance-minded Graphic Designer who understands how design supports acquisition and retention outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is hard working, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency environment. The right candidate takes feedback well, iterates quickly, and values continuous improvement. You are somebody excited to grow at a scaling agency, contribute, learn and collaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, and other creatives. Responsibilities Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms Translate creative strategy, hooks, and messaging into clear, conversion-focused visual assets Edit still images with motion elements, GIFs, and subtle animations to improve performance Produce multiple creative variations efficiently to support testing and iteration Write and adapt copy directly within ad designs, including headlines, body text, and CTAs Make thoughtful copy decisions that improve clarity, engagement, and conversion Design high-converting email layouts for campaigns and lifecycl
