Legal & Contracts Specialist - 100 Remote (Pakistan)

What is the role? dotCMS is a visual, headless CMS built for compliance-led enterprises that need to manage and scale digital content across brands, regions, and channels. We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented Legal Manager to support dotCMS 's commercial operations and broader legal needs. This role will play a key part in streamlining contract processes, supporting customer negotiations, and helping our Revenue and Customer Experience teams move deals and renewals forward efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial contract expertise with practical business judgment, balancing legal risk with the need to operate quickly in a growing B2B SaaS company. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional exposure and ownership. We're proud to be 100% remote!
