Talent Agents work hand-in-hand with corporate clients and influencers to pitch and finalize campaigns. The role requires someone who has an internal drive to get deals done, a strong conviction, and is willing to take the initiative to pick up new skills regularly. This is not a repetitive position and will require you to adapt. Our ideal candidate needs to get excited about making deals and thrives under pressure.
