Project Manager, Cybersecurity - Remote

Practice: Project Management Position Title: Project Manager Position Location: U.S.A. - Remote Reports to: Manager, Project Management Job Summary: Pellera is looking to add a Project Manager experienced with management and completion of Cybersecurity projects. The Project Manager manages small, medium, and large client projects from start to finish leveraging the standard PMO project management process. Actively participates in team meetings, bringing discussion topics and sharing knowledge with the team. The Project Manager role will manage and support Cybersecurity projects. Ideal candidate will have background in working on GRC and Red Team projects. NIST or HIPAA Assessments, Cloud Security Assessments, PCI ROC Assessments. Prior experience working in a client-facing role and managing multiple projects at any given time. Essential Functions: Proficient with all systems, tools, and templates provided by the PMO. Review SOW and complete initial planning activities. Work with resource managers to assign project resources. Conduct internal and external project kick off calls with slide deck. Conduct internal and external status meetings regularly. Prerequisite and product tracking. Create and maintain the project plan. Approve project timesheets and invoices. Consistently complete weekly update of PSA tool project status, status notes, start/end dates. Update and maintain project technical resource schedules/bookings in the PSA tool.
