Client Success Manager

Hello! We’re Clique Studios , a digital studio based in Chicago, with a team spread across the country. For 20 years, we’ve designed and built websites and platforms for enterprise brands, associations, nonprofits, and civic organizations. We want to do great work and lead fulfilling lives while we do it. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the long-term success and support of our clients. In this role, you’ll work across teams to combine strategic long-term digital thinking with the ability to respond to client support requests with empathy, understanding, and dependability.
