Position Summary: The 340B Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, optimization, and compliance oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across Clearway Health partner health systems and contract pharmacy networks. This role serves as a subject matter expert for 340B operational processes, supporting program integrity, inventory management, split-billing operations, contract pharmacy administration, audit readiness, and stakeholder engagement. The 340B Operations Specialist collaborates with pharmacy leaders, health system partners, manufacturers, third-party administrators, and internal operational teams to maximize program performance while ensuring compliance with all applicable HRSA regulations and organizational policies.
