Accounting & Financial Reporting Oversight: Lead and oversee comprehensive accounting operations, including general ledger management, monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes, financial statement preparation, and cross-border consolidation support. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reporting. Tax Compliance & Advisory Coordination: Oversee and review corporate tax provisions, estimated tax payments, and federal/state tax filings, coordinating with internal and external tax specialists to ensure compliance and provide proactive tax-related guidance. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop teams of accounting professionals, including junior and senior staff.
