This role supports the day-to-day ownership, performance, and continuous improvement of assigned infrastructure services. The contractor will coordinate across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to help ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end ownership of assigned infrastructure services, with focus on cloud capacity availability, reliability, utilization, adoption, and service-level performance. Experience in Cloud capacity planning, capacity utilization, capacity risk governance. Maintain service documentation, roadmaps, performance dashboards, operational metrics, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate service activities across architecture, engineering, quality assurance, operations, product, and project teams.
