Sr. Director Client Service (Healthcare Provider)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Client Services Partner (Provider) to grow strategic enterprise healthcare relationships through engineering-led transformation, cloud modernization, data platforms, and AI-enabled innovation. This role is accountable for expanding existing client partnerships, developing executive relationships, and driving engineering services growth across complex healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare provider experience, including hospital systems, EHR/EMR environments, and revenue cycle management, with the ability to identify and expand enterprise technology consulting opportunities Role & Responsibilities Build and own the engineering and technology growth plan for our strategic enterprise health accounts, including relationship maps, target use cases, and a qualified pipeline. Develop relationships with technology, data, security, and AI leaders, from VP and senior director levels up to the C-suite. Use our existing experience and digital relationships as a bridge. Work with the account’s Client Partners to earn introductions, and share credit transparently. Sell and shape fixed-scope engineering sprints and pilots, then convert them into retained engineering teams and managed services. Work with solution architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and global delivery to scope, price, and staff engagements.
