Shape what's next with BCD Travel Consultant, ERM (Remote) Full time, Temporary, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom *For candidates located near our office sites in Warsaw, Krakow, Lublin, or Rzeszów in Poland, the role will follow a hybrid working model. The Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, mutli- regional setup. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products. You will provide exceptional service which exceeds client expectations and effectively manage and control all facets of travel arrangements, as requested by our clients.
