Senior System Analyst [Risk Team]

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our Risk Technology team in Mexico. The team develops automated decision-making solutions for credit cards and cash loans, working with scoring models, internal services, and external data providers. This role involves active participation in the full product development lifecycle, from initial requirements to launch and production support. We are looking for an analyst who can independently lead initiatives, work with stakeholders, prepare the backlog for development, and design technical solutions together with the team. Challenges that await you: Lead several initiatives in parallel, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, launch, and post-production support Work closely with Product, Risk, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes Manage and refine the backlog: decompose initiatives into development-ready tasks, prepare acceptance criteria, and support prioritization Elaborate specifications for integration interactions between internal services and external providers, including synchronous and asynchronous scenarios Design technical solutions together with the development team: APIs, data models, business processes, and service requirements Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, integration contracts, and diagrams Control delivery timelines and cross-team dependencies; proactively identify risks, resolve block
