We provide enterprise customers with cutting-edge AI-driven technology with a no-code solution and platform for building, releasing, monitoring, and managing Appdome -protected mobile applications. We are seeking an Enablement Engineer to support our customers in APAC. In this role, you will focus on customer retention and growth by building trusted relationships, understanding customers’ security objectives, and driving successful outcomes. The Enablement Engineer (EE) is a technical advocate for Appdome in pre-sales, trials, onboarding, and upsell engagements. This role partners with Sales and Service Delivery to demonstrate Appdome ’s value, remove technical barriers, and enable prospects, partners, and customers to succeed with Appdome across their lifecycle. In this role you will introduce Appdome to prospects and partners through compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Scope and qualify technical requirements for trials, proof of value (POVs), and customer onboarding. Lead POVs and technical evaluations, define success criteria, and guide customers toward successful outcomes. Drive adoption and expansion through onboarding workshops, training, and introductions to new offerings.
