Associate Product Manager – AI & Voice Technology

As an Associate Product Manager , you'll work closely with our Product Leaders, development team, and business stakeholders to improve product performance, evaluate AI-driven conversations, and support the day-to-day execution of product initiatives. You'll play an important role in identifying issues, turning insights into actionable solutions, gathering requirements, supporting product development, and using AI tools to make our teams more efficient. Responsibilities Support day-to-day product operations, including tickets, requirements, specifications, backlog management, testing, releases, and documentation. Partner with Product Leaders to gather business requirements and help translate them into clear product requirements and actionable development tasks.
