Solution Architect

Overview AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering & Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Responsibilities Serve as the Solution Architect supporting the design and acceptance of the government’s Asset Management System onto a SAP S/4HANA solution. Translate asset-management, facilities, logistics, and operational requirements into a practical, phased solution architecture and implementation roadmap. Lead the design for migrating asset-management capabilities and data from an enterprise asset-management platform to SAP S/4HANA. Define migration approaches for data profiling, cleansing, normalization, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and testing. Review and validate the system integrator’s designs, configurations, interfaces, migration artifacts, and deliverables for quality and alignment with government requirements. Ensure the proposed solution is operationally sustainable and workable for the government organizations and components responsible for managing assets. Apply deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management , including Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and asset-related financial processes. Design and assess integration between SAP asset-management modules and SAP Finance within a shared enterprise instance. Develop solution designs, architecture decisions, process flows, requirements
