Construction Estimator - Insulated Metal Panels (IMP)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for commercial and industrial construction projects involving Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) systems. We are looking for someone with hands-on IMP estimating experience who can independently manage the estimating process, from reviewing project drawings and performing quantity takeoffs to developing final bid proposals. This role supports our projects in advanced manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, and industrial construction markets. Candidates based in Knoxville or East Tennessee are preferred, but remote work or relocation may be considered for qualified applicants.
