The position provides executive leadership and overall accountability for the Transformation and Execution Office, including Vendor Management, Enterprise Implementations, Business Intelligence and Insights, Operational Excellence, Enterprise PMO, and Capital Planning. They establish clear priorities, decision rights, performance expectations, resource allocation, and operating cadences across these functions, and ensure each workgroup operates as part of an integrated enterprise transformation portfolio. The SVP owns the enterprise roadmap, capital planning process across the teams, and OKR governance model, ensuring that every transformation initiative is tied to a clear financial or operational outcome.
