Role Summary The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing healthcare facility clients. This role acts as the liaison between Lucid's recruiting team and client facilities-ensuring open communication, timely fulfillment of orders, and long-term client satisfaction and growth. You will work closely with recruiting, business development, and operations to translate AdeptID 's technology advantage into real-world staffing outcomes and lasting client partnerships.
