Fullstack Developer TypeScript – Node.js / Angular, AI Integration (m/f/d)

Who we are Rockstardevelopers, founded in 2015 in Mannheim, with additional offices in Stuttgart and Munich. We are a software developer with experience from hundreds of custom projects for enterprise and mid-market clients. Short communication channels, honest feedback, no political games. No hierarchical levels between you and the decision-makers. Your responsibilities You will work on client projects for major corporations and public sector clients, embedded in their teams, with full ownership of your domain. - Fullstack development with TypeScript: Node.js in the backend, Angular in the frontend - Integrate language models into business applications: RAG, tool-calling, agents running in production - Shape system architecture, not just implement it - Generate, review, and refactor code using Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor - Code reviews and technical mentoring within the team - Collaboration with Product Owners, UX, and DevOps Most people come into one of the offices one to two days a week, but it is not mandatory. Client meetings usually take place in Frankfurt am Main for individual days every few weeks. Where you will end up Depending on the project and your experience: - Large corporations such as Deutsche Bahn / DB Systel (passenger information, customer dialogue, sales) - Public sector / government agencies (e.g., Federal Employment Agency, ITZBund) – regulated environments, accessibility, security by design - Enterprise and mid-market clients across various industries.
