Director, GTM & G&A Recruiting

Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.  As the Director of GTM and G&A Recruiting, you’ll drive all hiring across Revenue, Marketing, and G&A roles globally. You’ll directly manage a team of GTM and G&A Recruiters and report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll set the strategy, process, and standards for how we attract, assess, and hire top talent across these functions, which is critical to enabling Vanta’s continued growth. You’ll have room to bring your own perspective and instincts into how we do it: from how we partner with leaders on a critical search to how a candidate experiences Vanta from first conversation to offer. What you’ll do as the Director, GTM and G&A Recruiting at Vanta: - Lead and directly manage all GTM and G&A recruiters. - Partner with Vanta’s GTM and G&A leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally. - Build, develop, and innovate unique recruiting strategies to ensure all GTM and G&A recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals. - Work with your team to diagnose and solve bottlenecks in
