Every great integration starts with a conversation. As a Technical Partnerships Manager, you are the person partners talk to when they want to build on Apaleo. You will help partners, from early-stage startups to large corporates, build integrations that work well for hotels. You will explain our APIs, review how partners have built their use case and show them what good looks like. You will work with CTOs, product managers and developers, switching context quickly and enjoying the technical detail. This is a technical, partner-facing role, not a commercial one. What you’ll do Onboard new integration partners and guide them from first contact to go-live Explain how Apaleo works and how partners can best use our APIs for their use case Certify apps for the Apaleo Store, review how they are built and recommend improvements Help partners improve both the business and technical logic of their integrations Monitor partner API performance, using tools like Datadog, and spot issues before they become problems Resolve support tickets from partners, and escalations from customers ab
