About the role We're looking for an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager to lead 10–12 engineers across our Secrets Management and Certificate Management teams. Secrets Management delivers over 10 billion secrets monthly, while Certificate Management supports PKI, certificate lifecycle automation, and signing release artifacts and binaries. Both products support cloud and self-hosted deployments, including on-premises and air-gapped environments. You'll be responsible for developing a high-performing engineering team, driving execution across both products, and ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and reliable.
