Roger is the platform that digitally organizes dental practices: appointment reminders, WhatsApp communication, recalls, cost plan (HKP) submissions, and medical history forms. This is complemented by services such as dental billing (ZMV) and reception. Our goal: Practice teams should be able to care for patients instead of handling paperwork. Have you stood at the reception desk yourself, made recall calls, or chased after cost plans? Then you know exactly how much time is lost in the process. With us, you turn that experience into your profession. As an Onboarding Specialist, you accompany practices on their journey into digitalization and show them how relaxed everyday life can be. What awaits you: Letting practices get off to a successful start: You guide new customers step-by-step through the setup of Roger, train practice teams, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from the beginning. Consulting at eye level: You speak the language of the practice. You understand workflows, concerns, and priorities, and find the right solution together with the team. Inspiring instead of selling: You show practices which features save them even more time and help them make full use of Roger. Shaping things: Your feedback from the practice flows directly into our product. With us, your voice is heard.
