Working Student (m/f/d) Business Analysis

Learn how complex business processes become viable solutions. You don't just want to execute existing procedures, but understand why they work that way and how they can be improved? You are interested in how companies develop their processes, organization, and IT further? Your tasks as a Working Student (m/f/d) encompass core areas of future business analyst roles: comprehensive IT understanding, process analysis, requirements documentation, transformation support, and the connection of business and technological issues. Nobody expects you to be an insurance expert. We want to recognize (and work with you on!) the fact that you quickly understand complex contexts, work precisely, and enjoy making things simply better than you found them. What you will work on with us: Depending on your level of knowledge and the respective project, you can, for example: Research, structure, and prepare information on business processes and technical issues; examine existing procedures and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement; comprehensibly document requirements, work results, and decision bases; prepare process diagrams, presentations, and evaluations for our consulting teams; familiarize yourself with topics in the insurance industry, particularly in claims, benefits, contract, or portfolio processes.
