Employment: Full-time internship (40 hours/week) Duration: 6 months Location: Remote within the EU (Preference to Berlin, London, Munich, Zurich and Stockholm) Start Date: As soon as possible Tasks You’ll work directly with one of our Partners on the most important thing a VC does: finding exceptional founders before everyone else does. This is a hands-on sourcing seat, not a back-office position. Find exceptional founders early. Identify promising founders, spinouts and research teams through LinkedIn, GitHub, scientific papers, patents, university labs and relevant communities. Build a sourcing engine. Develop and run your own sourcing playbooks, using AI and automation to identify promising opportunities at a scale that manual research cannot match. Screen inbound deal flow. Quickly assess incoming opportunities and flag the most promising cases to the investment team. Maintain our CRM. Keep our CRM accurate and up to date, ensuring leads, interactions and relationships are properly tracked. Build tools, not just workflows. Work with our Data / Engineering team
