Technical Planner Data Center Construction (m/f/d)

Behind our solutions is a team with more than 15 years of experience in the planning, construction, and operation of data centers—all trades come from in-house. Our data centers are constructed in steel modules. For this, we are looking for someone who can turn our floor plans into production-ready designs—and who wants to work with AI rather than against it. Responsibilities You translate our data center floor plans into comprehensive planning. You construct the container modules for our production from them—workshop and manufacturing drawings in steel construction based on existing structural analysis. You plan cable trays and duct systems and coordinate them with the steel construction team. A technical draftsperson will support you according to your specifications. You independently identify collisions, gaps, and contradictions and address them before they reach production. You work with AI: Claude assists us in AutoCAD—you set the direction, review the results, and help evolve the working method. Qualifications Training as a Technical System Planner (Steel and Metal Construction Technology), Steel or Metal Construction Technician, or a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design. Several years of experience in workshop and manufacturing planning in steel, modular, or container construction. Proficient in Inventor, plus AutoCAD. Independent, structured working style in a home office.
