Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d) to strengthen our finance team at the earliest possible date – in full-time or part-time, with the option of working hybrid or remotely. Your responsibilities Together with our Head of Finance, you will assume overall responsibility for ongoing financial accounting. You independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in DATEV. You supervise and optimize our pre-systems (including easybill and Finway) and ensure smooth interfaces with DATEV. You continuously develop and standardize our accounting processes, with a focus on digitalization, efficiency, and meaningful reporting. You monitor open items and manage and optimize our dunning process. You work closely with our Head of Finance and act as the contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments. You create financial reports and analyze relevant key performance figures as a basis for decision-making for management and executive leadership.
