Your Responsibilities: You develop a clear strategy and vision for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and implement them. You build a consistent presence across all channels (tone of voice, look, content formats). You plan and take responsibility for the editorial calendar, producing content yourself or managing its production. You test various formats and strategies, measure the results, and make adjustments. You manage collaborations with influencers and creators. You work closely with the marketing, graphics, and video teams. You report regularly on reach, engagement, and results. Requirements: At least 2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in e-commerce or for a product company. Sound knowledge of paid and organic social media management (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). You can think strategically while also executing hands-on.
