Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Software Development // REMOTE

Your Responsibilities: For a long-standing client in software development, I am looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) as the ideal fit for demanding IT projects. You will manage complex development projects from conception to successful completion and coordinate the teams involved. What is expected: You are responsible for complex multi-partner projects – from planning and control to successful completion. You keep the big picture in mind when many threads come together and create structures that provide orientation and reliability. You develop realistic, viable project goals and coordinate them confidently with all internal and external stakeholders. You accompany projects from the initial idea through customer contact to team assembly and ensure a smooth start. What you bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects – ideally with multiple partners and stakeholders. Technical understanding: You are familiar with IT infrastructures, ideally with Linux environments and Identity & Access Management, and can reliably classify technical contexts. Communication and customer understanding: You understand the perspective of your clients and manage expectations clearly and empathetically. You address uncertainties openly and build trust through transparent communication. Crisis management: You stay calm when things get tight and find ways to safely steer projects back on track.
