We continue to grow and are looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager to embark on this journey with us. Your Responsibilities at a Glance: - Profitably manage & scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen) - Optimization based on contribution margins – not just ROAS - Strategically guide & independently advise clients - Analyze account data & derive actions - Actively use AI tools & help develop internal standards What You Bring: - 2+ years of practical Google Ads experience in an e-commerce environment - Ideally complemented by a degree in online marketing, data analysis, or a comparable analytical field - Strong analytical mindset, fast pattern recognition, and a deep understanding of digital marketing - Ambitious and driven to truly understand Google Ads in depth, not just manage it - Autonomous & solution-oriented.
