(Senior) Customer Success Manager: SaaS Energy Industry (f/m/d) - Remote

What awaits you: As part of our Customer Success team, you will be in direct contact with our customers and software users from the commercial operations management sector for wind power and PV plants. You will independently guide new customers through a structured setup process of the opti.node software, ensuring they derive the maximum value from the application. Our customers' requirements are often demanding and frequently innovative—in these cases, you won't be on your own, but will have highly qualified colleagues from all areas to discuss and solve open questions and new challenges. node.energy enables professional operators of wind power and PV plants to easily implement new business models with smart software-as-a-service solutions and remain profitable. To this end, opti.node consolidates all data for the commercial operations management of wind power and PV systems and automates complex administrative tasks and energy industry business processes. Already today, operators of more than 14,000 wind power and PV systems, generating more than a third of German green electricity, rely on opti.node. We are looking for a (Senior) Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) full-time or part-time at the earliest possible date in Frankfurt am Main, Freiburg, or remotely. We look forward to your application.
