Working Student (m/f/d) – Finance & Consulting (Entrepreneurial, Performance-Based)

Very good German language skills (C1+) are required, as the training, team communication, and perspective toward the IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) take place entirely in German. Your Responsibilities Initial Phase (first weeks): Appointment setting: You schedule client appointments (via phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline. Process learning: You learn conversation guidelines, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards. Performance optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results. In the further course: Analysis & preparation: You assist in analyzing client situations and structure consultation documents. Client contact: You accompany meetings (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
