Project Manager (m/f/d) Power BI with Decision-Making Authority

About Us Weiler Consult GmbH is a Power BI boutique serving the German SME sector and corporate environments. Around 10 Power BI experts build reporting solutions that managing directors and CFOs actually use. Our principle: We are the sherpa. We operate on a remote-first basis throughout Germany and meet three times a year for a workation. What It's About You are the primary point of contact for your clients, from kickoff through to contract renewal. You make the impact of our Power BI work visible in the client's figures and manage execution with developers and freelancers. You are responsible for approximately 10 to 12 clients. Your Responsibilities You independently manage client relationships, understand your clients' goals and metrics, and log their feedback in ClickUp. You articulate changes in the client's metrics rather than just delivering dashboards. You conduct a quarterly strategy and roadmap meeting with each client: assessing satisfaction, achievements, a two-year vision, and the roadmap. You actively and proactively approach renewals before contracts end. You develop follow-up projects based on the roadmap. During implementation, you scope and prioritize tasks in ClickUp, meet deadlines, and coordinate developers and freelancers. You provide technical leadership to Power BI developers. You escalate issues early in cases of dissatisfaction, budget risks, or potential churn. What You Bring You conduct client meetings independently. You understand business and financial figures
