Product Manager UX/UI & AI (m/w/d)

FunnelCockpit is an all-in-one platform that companies use to build and automate their online marketing and sales processes. We continuously develop our product and rely heavily on modern AI technologies. To support this, we are looking for a Product Manager with a strong focus on UX/UI and design: You understand our users, turn their problems into clear, simple solutions, and ensure that FunnelCockpit not only offers powerful features but also feels great to use. You will work closely with our development team and management, bringing ideas from the initial draft to the finished feature. Responsibilities: You are responsible for the user experience of FunnelCockpit and consistently evolve interfaces and workflows from the customer's perspective. You build prototypes and new interfaces directly using AI tools like Claude, Codex, or Cursor (vibe coding) rather than just drawing mockups. You translate customer feedback and business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You prioritize features and improvements in collaboration with management and the development team. You coordinate closely with developers and accompany implementation through to release. You test new functions from a user's perspective and ensure a simple, consistent UX. You expand our design system and ensure a uniform appearance throughout the product.
