Customer Relations Specialist (m/f/d)

Our care experts help people in need of care and their families to obtain the care grade they are entitled to. The core of our offering is the nursing assessment during the initial application, upgrade, or appeal, complemented by personal preparation for the assessment by the Medical Service (MD). To expand our customer team in the eastern Ruhr area, we are looking for a communicative personality with experience in consulting and sales for a full-time position starting immediately. Your responsibilities: You are the first point of contact for care recipients and family caregivers interested in our advisory services; You advise prospective clients via telephone and video, assess their situation, and recommend the appropriate service—such as the nursing assessment or MD preparation; You actively reach out to prospective clients, systematically follow up on open proposals, and take responsibility for your closures; You support our existing customers, answer their questions, ensure high customer satisfaction, and identify where additional services can help; You independently handle written and telephone communication with new and existing customers; You properly document contacts, inquiries, and offers in the CRM; You pass customer feedback on to sales, product, and communication teams, and
