You find individual solutions for our customers' concerns. You document conversations carefully in the system. You ensure a positive customer experience with your friendly manner. Qualifications: Very good written and spoken German skills. Enjoyment of telephone calls and dealing with people. Pronounced service and customer orientation. A reliable, structured, and independent way of working. Confident handling of the PC. Initial experience in customer service or telephony is an advantage, but not a requirement.
