Your Impact Together with our marketing team, you’ll launch Mammutmarsch in the UK - from local marketing ideas to first campaigns and partnerships. You’ll bring your market understanding, execute independently, and turn concepts into real resonance within the community. How we work Remote‑first, pragmatic, and hands‑on. Your responsibilities Go-to-market UK: develop local marketing plans, roadmap, and launch initial activities Social media first: plan, create, and publish UK-adapted content; own the editorial calendar and posting cadence Community building: engage in dialogue, handle comments/DMs, uphold community guidelines, and systematically grow organic reach Campaign execution: run and continuously optimize social and influencer campaigns Content production: create short clips/UGC, snippets, visuals, and copy tailored to the UK Performance basics: track KPIs, deliver reports, and translate insights into action Secondary: research relevant partners/networks and initiate selecti
