IT Support Analyst – Application Operations

For our client in the banking sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded IT Support Analyst – Application Operations. Your responsibilities: Analysis of recurring IT problems, identification of root causes, and development of sustainable measures to reduce incidents and improve system stability; Technical analysis and reproduction of application errors in test environments, as well as close collaboration with developers, software vendors, and internal IT teams; Monitoring of banking applications and IT systems, alongside optimization, automation, and further development of existing monitoring processes and tools; Configuration and administration of banking applications (in particular OpenLease) according to business requirements, as well as management of system settings, workflows, and user roles; First- and second-level application support and assistance in major incident management, including error diagnosis, prioritization, and stakeholder communication; Processing of user access requests and management of permissions in compliance with internal security guidelines; Documentation of error analyses, workarounds, and configuration changes, as well as continuous maintenance of the knowledge base. Your profile: Experience in IT application support, application operations, or a comparable role, ideally in a complex IT environment; Solid knowledge of incident and problem management
