IT Administrator Microsoft 365 (m/w/d)

You know Intune and Entra ID from practical experience, have your first PowerShell scripts in use, and want to take the next step: no longer just resolving tickets, but helping to build a standard and then taking responsibility for it. Here, you can do just that. Why this role exists Neurawork is an operational AI consultancy in Upper Bavaria. Around us, a group with about 50 users across multiple companies has grown. The concept for standard IT on Microsoft 365 is set: one tenant per company, centrally managed, rolled out from a template. Greenfield instead of legacy debt. We are looking for the person to take over our internal IT. You will build the foundation together with our Platform Architect and, if necessary, an experienced Microsoft partner. After that, it is yours. You will work directly with the management. Tasks What you will do: Build and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment: Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Defender. Set up new companies according to the template and centrally manage all tenants. Automate recurring tasks: on- and offboarding, license reconciliation – using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or n8n. Roll out and manage devices according to a uniform standard, keeping an eye on updates and backups. Serve as the point of contact for the IT requests of our roughly 50 users – manageable, but with a standard of clean solutions rather than permanent workarounds.
