The role You will be the hands-on operator behind our Workday work and a key resolver for our core recruiting systems. In the near term you will help test and implement Workday for Talent Acquisition, then support it and improve its processes after go-live. Alongside that, you will resolve issues across Greenhouse and ChartHop for the core processes that recruiters and coordinators depend on, such as backfills and conversions. You will spot patterns in what breaks and fix the process, not just the ticket.
