What you will do here: Lead product design projects from the discovery phase to final delivery (handoff), promoting a strategic vision and excellence in user experience. Actively participate in strategic definition processes with stakeholders, translating business objectives into viable and innovative design solutions. Ensure the design of high-quality interfaces and prototypes, aligning technical requirements and expectations of multidisciplinary teams. Organize and supervise design workflows, prioritizing activities, resources, and deadlines to optimize project delivery. Act as a technical reference and foster knowledge sharing within the team, promoting growth and alignment with best market practices. Track and analyze experience metrics and product results, guiding data-driven decisions. What we expect you to know: Advanced command of design and prototyping tools, especially Figma. Solid knowledge of UX, UI, and user-centered design principles. Proven experience in conducting discovery processes, journey mapping, etc.
