The Director of Operations Efficiency and Workflow Integrity is responsible for driving operational excellence across Zotec by optimizing processes, enhancing workflow accuracy, and ensuring consistent operational integrity. What you’ll do: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity through automation, process improvement, and process re-engineering. Lead the evaluation and refinement of operational needs to identify root causes, define requirements, and determine the appropriate solution.
