What You Can Expect As Head of Corporate FP&A, you'll set the vision and direction for Zoom's enterprise financial planning function, owning the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting processes that directly shape the company's financial trajectory. Reporting to the Corporate and Technology Divisional CFO, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, delivering financial insights, scenario analyses, and capital allocation recommendations that influence Zoom's most consequential strategic decisions. Day to day, you'll lead highly visible initiatives including board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and cross-functional executive briefings, while directing a multi-level team of FP&A managers, analysts, and business partners. Candidates without 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading an FP&A or corporate finance function at a public or high-growth technology company, will not be considered.
